Pranit More Faces Online Backlash
Not only Himanshu Jangra, but the stand-up comedian Pranit More is also facing huge backlash online.
In the viral video, More laughed at the joke and called the moment "Peak Gurgaon content." As backlash mounted on the internet, the comedian made an apology.

He also disclosed that he had taken down the video from all platforms, stating that he did not wish to "promote or normalize those beliefs."
Himanshu Jangra Fired From Gurugram Office
Himanshu Jangra, 23, an employee at Starvik Design, faced significant backlash after a video from the show depicted him discussing his anticipation of a "return" following a Rs 370 expenditure on a plate of chicken biryani during a date.
Starvik Design founder Vivek Vishwakarma confirmed his termination by releasing a statement on Instagram in response to the controversy. He mentioned that he had gotten hundreds of messages, emails, and calls about Jangra after the videos became popular.

"To be clear, the remarks made in those clips are disrespectful." I do not concur with them. "They do not represent our company values, and they definitely should not shape the thoughts of the youth," Vishwakarma stated.
The founder mentioned that the company carried out an internal assessment and consulted with staff, including female coworkers who had collaborated with Jangra. Vishwakarma stated that he had no workplace complaints against him. Colleagues characterized him as "diligent, respectful, professional, and well-mannered in the workplace." He stressed that the dispute had transcended a person's private life and started to impact the organization itself."

Celebs Join Criticism Against Pranit More

Model and social media influencer Sakshi Shivdasani also expressed her thoughts candidly regarding the controversy. On Instagram, she condemned More's argument that a spectator's opinions do not represent his personal beliefs.
Pranit More Deactivates His Insta Account
Even after apologizing on social media, Pranit continuously faced huge backlash for laughing at the sensitive joke on social media. To avoid this, More deactivates his Instagram account.
Meanwhile, another video shared by Shivang Sharma is also gaining attention online. Shivang, who attended Pranit More’s show before Himanshu Jangra, recently went viral for his “The Legendary Bunty Story” clip, where he spoke about some adult-themed experiences.
