The creators of the upcoming movie Ohh My Dog have released the highly anticipated trailer on social media.
The teaser began with the legendary Amitabh Bachchan's famous song Mere Paas Aao Mere Dosto, quickly transporting viewers back in time and establishing the mood for the forthcoming narrative.
What Is Ohh My Dog About?
Ohh My Dog narrates the tale of a young girl who develops a unique bond with a homeless dog. When Amit initially shared the film's story with Tripathi, the actor was thrilled for two reasons - it was both a touching story of pure love, and it would be filmed in his native state.
"The tale takes place in Bihar." Amit requested that I film for four days, and I informed him I would be available for six. I reached out to my friends in Bihar, and we backed the film in all possible ways. "I ultimately remained for a week."
Tripathi portrays a teacher in the film, which features child actor Maahi Rai and includes Pawan Malhotra and Rajesh Sharma. The performers make up the supporting ensemble. "That's the way it ought to be," Tripathi stated. "The central tale revolves around a child and a dog." "We all play supporting roles, yet in truth, we are backing the film itself."

The conversation about stray dogs has remained prominent for nearly a year. In 2025, the Supreme Court issued guidelines, including the relocation of stray dogs from certain institutional sites.
The court determined that after sterilization and vaccination, these dogs should be moved to shelters instead of being sent back to their former neighborhoods.
Against this context, the creators are emphasizing the concept of harmonious living between people and dogs.
