The conclusion of Vidaamuyarchi depicts Arjun (Ajith Kumar) saving his wife Kayal (Trisha Krishnan) from a perilous gang that had abducted her. Following a brutal clash that results in the deaths or incapacitation of many gang members, Arjun discovers Kayal alive in a concealed bunker. As Arjun takes her to her parents' house, they emotionally reconnect, expressing his lasting love in spite of her previous betrayal.

In the concluding sequence of Vidaamuyarchi, the narrative progresses as Arjun tirelessly chases the group that has captured Kayal.
