What Is The Raja Saab All About?
Gangamma (Zarina Wahab), who suffers from Alzheimer’s, is cared for by her grandson Raju (Prabhas). Although she loses nearly all her memories, she holds tightly to thoughts of her husband, Pekamedala Kanakaraju (Sanjay Dutt), an exorcist thought to be in hiding.
Raju's quest for his grandfather takes him to Hyderabad, where he discovers a troubling reality – Kanakaraju has been dead for a long time and has come back as a malevolent spirit. As Raju explores further, he starts to uncover his grandfather’s sinister history and the avarice that influenced his deeds. The resulting disagreement between them lies at the core of the narrative.

Prabhas’ The Raja Saab Advance Booking
The Raja Saab, helmed by Maruthi, is set to release in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada throughout India. By Friday morning, its release day, the film had already sold more than 5 lakh tickets for its opening day for the Telugu version alone. The problem is that the other four dubbed versions have collectively sold only around 70,000 tickets.
As per Sacnilk, The Raja Saab achieved gross advance bookings of Rs 15.31 crore for its first day. This encompasses a remarkable Rs 14 crore revenue from the Telugu edition of the movie. However, the figures are insignificant when compared to some of Prabhas' other latest films.
Kalki 2898 AD achieved an advance booking gross of nearly Rs 30 crore in Telugu, selling 11 lakh tickets, whereas Salaar performed even better, grossing Rs 39 crore with 17 lakh tickets sold. The sole encouraging factor for Prabhas fans and the industry is that, as a horror comedy, The Raja Saab is likely to perform better with family viewers, who typically depend more on last-minute bookings during the weekend. Nonetheless, the outcome will wholly rely on the initial responses to the movie from the impartial viewers, which will influence the buzz generated.
The producers have invested a huge amount of money in the movie. The palace scenery appears stunning. The VFX performs effectively in certain scenes but disappoints in others. Overall, according to The Raja Saab Reviews till now, it is a below average movie.
