Bhoot Bangla Trailer
The makers unveiled the Bhoot Bangla trailer on 6 April, Monday. The trailer shows humour and horror with an ensemble cast. It includes Wamiqa Gabbi, Tabu, Rajpal Yadav, Mithun Chakraborty, Asrani, and Mithila Palkar along with Akshay Kumar.
Priyadarshan’s Bhoot Bangla Release Date
The plans for releasing Bhoot Bangla have undergone a minor adjustment in light of the continuing Dhurandhar 2 wave. Directed by Priyadarshan and featuring Akshay Kumar, the film was originally set to release in theaters on April 10. The creators have now delayed it by a week, with the revised release date scheduled for April 16.
The major reason behind this is the box office clash. Earlier, Bhoot Bangla faced a box office clash with Mrunal Thakur and Adivi Sesh’s movie ‘Dacoit’. Thus, the makers think wisely and changed its release date.
Bhoot Bangla Cast Fees
As per reports, Akshay Kumar received a remarkable Rs 50 crore for starring in the lead role of this Priyadarshan horror comedy. Aside from him, seasoned actress Tabu is said to have earned Rs 2.5 crore.
It is reported that veteran actor Paresh Rawal received Rs 2 crore for his performance. According to media sources, well-known comic actor Rajpal Yadav received Rs 1 crore for his act.
Lead Cast Recent Project
To begin with Akshay Kumar, he appeared in 2025 film Jolly LLB 3 which was considered the highest grossing film of the franchise. The film earned a total Indian net collection of Rs 117 Crore. Before Jolly LLB 3, he also appeared in Housefull 5 and Sky Force.
Further, Wamiqa Gabbi was last seen in 'Bhool Chuk Maaf’ alongside Rajkummar Rao. Made on a budget of Rs 50 Crore, the film earned Rs 88 Crore globally.
Bhoot Bangla looks like a perfect mix of horror and comedy for all audiences. Now, it all depends on how well it entertains viewers in theaters.
