Karuppu Trailer
The creators of Karuppu, featuring Suriya, have released the film’s official trailer, providing an engaging preview of a narrative that intertwines courtroom drama with supernatural influence.
The trailer starts with numerous lawyers demonstrating and shouting, “We demand justice” over and over. Trisha Krishnan is seen portraying a lawyer attempting to persuade RJ Balaji’s character, ‘Baby’ Kannan, to step aside.
The subsequent scenes depict a young girl entering the court with her father to try to retrieve their funds. As Kannan handles their case, he consistently fails to attend court dates, leading to repeated delays in the hearings. When they express their frustration about the delays, the lawyer pressures them and insists that no one else will handle their case.
The remainder of the trailer showcases intense action scenes featuring Lord Karuppu, portrayed by Suriya. The trailer concludes with the actor facing a large audience and declaring, “This is for all my cherished fans out there!”

Tamil Movie Karuppu Cast & Release Date
Karuppu is an upcoming Tamil movie which stars Suriya as Saravanan, RJ Balaji as Baby Kannan and Trisha Krishnan as Kamakshi. Other cast members include Swasika, Indrans, and Sshivada.
With its trailer, the makers also unveiled the Karuppu release date. The film is scheduled to release in cinemas on 14 May 2026. So, if you love watching action films, Karuppu would be the best option for you.
Karuppu Advance Booking
Karuppu advance booking in India started on May 10, the same day the film’s trailer was released. The response in Tamil Nadu was prompt and positive.
Box office analyst Jerin Georgekutty revealed that Karuppu surpassed Rs 10 lakh in pre-sales in only 19 minutes after bookings commenced.
Karuppu looks like a complete mass entertainer packed with action, fantasy, and emotions. If the film delivers the same energy as the trailer, it could become one of the biggest Tamil releases of 2026.
