Priyanka Chopra signs Amazon Prime's multi-million dollar deal

Actor and producer Priyanka Chopra is on his way to bring more liked acting to world TV. According to Variety's report, she signed a "multi-million dollar television deal for the first time in two years" with Amazon.

“As an actor and producer, I always dreamed of an open board of creative talent that came together from all parts of the world to create cool content regardless of language and geography. This has always been the DNA of the producers of Purple Pebble Pictures, the foundation of this exciting new effort with Amazon,” Priyanka wrote a post on Instagram.

"As storytellers, my quest is to constantly seek new ideas not just for entertainment, but most importantly, open minds and perspectives. Looking back on my 20-year career, and after almost 60 films, I hope I'm on my way to achieving that."

Jennifer Salk, director of Amazon Studios, told Variety: “Priyanka and I have shared a shared passion for diverse global storytelling. Priyanka is attracted to the content and original characters that can resonate globally. She is a strong producer, and we are happy to partner with her for years to come. "

Priyanka currently has two Amazon projects she is working on. One of them is Sangeet's dance reality show, which she produces with her lyric husband Nick Jonas. Inspired by your wedding, you will see the bride and groom families compete against each other to win the cup. Another project is Anthony Castle and Joe Rousseau, a spy drama starring Richard Madden from Game of Thrones and Bodyguard.

Because the deal is global, Priyanka will be able to create content in English and Hindi. “My goal is to be able to tell female stories, work with content creators from all over the world, and create cross-fertilization for the novel. Amazon is a great partner in doing this because its reach and perspective are so global. My page with Amazon TV is a global deal, so I can I speak Hindi, I can speak English, I can do any language I want. "
