India tour of Australia, 2018-19: Schedule, Date, Time, Venue

India drops former skipper MS Dhoni from the T20 squad replacing him with Rishabh Pant.

After missing him for a long time at the T20 Series against West Indies, Captain Virat Kohli is all set to return to the side. While former Indian Skipper MS Dhoni has been dropped out and replaced by the young Rishabh Pant. One more missing end will be the all- rounder Hardik Pandya in this series against Australia due to his prolonged injury.

On the contrary Australia shall play without David Warner and Steve Smith this season. Both of them are still serving a yearlong ban for their part in the ball tampering incident that happened earlier this year. Aaron Finch will direct Australia in limited-overs series while Tim Paine will be at the controls of affairs in Test cricket 

Virat Kohli and team shall fly down to play three T20Is, four Tests and three ODIs. The first T20I is programmed to take place on Wednesday, November 21 and the venue is the Gabba in Perth. After the three-match T20I series, Australia and India will play the epic Border-Gavaskar Test series from December 6, 2018. The first of the four Tests are scheduled to be held at the Adelaide Oval. India vs Australia ODI series is to begin on January 12, 2019, next year.
