What Is Baby Do Die Do About?
Baby Do Die Do tells the story of India's first desi hitwoman.' It stars Huma Qureshi in the lead role of a silent and hearing-impaired assassin.
In the trailer, we witness Huma emerge as an enigmatic girl-next-door after a 15-year jump from the tragedy that has deeply affected her. We observe her glancing at unfamiliar individuals while riding the Mumbai local train during the rainy season, her eyes hidden beneath a scarf that veils her face.
Made on a budget of Rs 22 Crore, Huma Qureshi is expected to take Rs 5-6 Crore for Baby Do Die Do.
Which Movie Lead In Advance Booking?
Early figures from Sacnilk suggest that the film has had approximately 2,987 screenings in India up to now. Alpha has sold 11,255 seats in advance sales to date, generating more than Rs 44.05 lakh.
As per industry forecasts, Alpha could open at the Indian box office on its first day grossing between Rs 7-8 crore net.
If we talk about Huma Qureshi’s Baby Do Die Do, there is no information about its advance booking collection. It seems that the movie will have to face tough competition at the box office.

CBFC Certification
Alpha has officially been granted a UA 16+ certificate by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). The certification details indicate that the board requested the creators to implement certain modifications prior to granting approval.
Meanwhile, the official CBFC certification details for Baby Do Die Do are still pending publication. Nonetheless, sources indicate that the movie has been granted an Adults Only (A) rating due to its grim themes and crime-related material.
Overall, Alpha clearly has the edge in terms of buzz, scale, and advance booking, while Baby Do Die Do looks like a niche thriller with an interesting concept. It will be interesting to see whether star power wins or content creates an upset at the box office.
