Alpha Trailer
On 17 June 2026, the makers released the Alpha trailer featuring Alia Bhatt and Sharvari in the female lead roles. The trailer offers a peek into Alpha's realm, where Bobby Deol leads a mercenary group named Alpha and Alia Bhatt's character Sita is one of his mentees. The situation shifts when she discovers her mentor’s harsh reality and resolves to bring him down.
Alia is accompanied by Sharvari and receives support from Anil Kapoor, who also appears in War 2 as the new chief of RAW. The three confront Bobby Deol and his legion of Alphas. The trailer concludes with a huge hint of a cameo by Hrithik Roshan’s Kabir from the War series.

Alpha Trailer Review
A few days ago, the makers released an Alpha teaser in which Alia Bhatt and Bobby Deol are seated on a dinner table and having a conversation about their mission.
Today, the Alpha trailer was released which seems entirely different from the teaser. This is what most of the audience think. As the trailer dropped, people started sharing their reviews on social media. Let’s read what they have written!
A user wrote, “Alpha looks like a strong contender. He shows his disappointment towards the weak dialogues but later he wrote, excellent trailer with blockbuster vibes.

✅ #HrithikRoshan cameo
✅ Solid action blocks
✅ Fierce #AliaBhatt & fresh #Sharvari
✅ Strong support cast #BobbyDeol #AnilKapoor
⚠️ Few weak dialogues
Overall, excellent trailer with blockbuster vibes 💥#Alpha pic.twitter.com/DeA6WVJPBU
Another wrote, “Finally watched the actual Alpha trailer and it’s worse than the teaser. The entire birthday-dinner assassin setup is a blatant, unoriginal rip-off of La Femme Nikita. YRF has zero creative dignity left.

The entire birthday-dinner assassin setup is a blatant, unoriginal rip-off of La Femme Nikita. YRF has zero creative dignity left. @aliaa08 aggressive corporate PR can force big… pic.twitter.com/PNjoJkmWMm
Overall, I found the Alpha trailer visually impressive and much better than the teaser. The action sequences, scale, and Bobby Deol's screen presence stand out. While some dialogues could have been stronger, the trailer successfully builds excitement and makes Alpha one of the most awaited releases of 2026.
More About Alpha Movie
‘Alpha’ is an expansion of the YRF spy universe, which began with Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif’s ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ in 2012.
Throughout the years, it grew with films such as 'Tiger Zinda Hai,' ‘War franchise,' and ‘Pathaan.’ This is the first spy drama led by women under the banner.
Alpha has experienced multiple shifts in its release date in the past few months. The movie was initially set to release in April, but the production company Yash Raj Films opted to delay it in honor of Salman Khan’s forthcoming military action drama Maatrubhumi (formerly known as Battle of Galwan), anticipated to debut around the same time.
Although Maatrubhumi has experienced a delay and does not have a new release date, Alpha is now scheduled to be released in theaters on July 3.
Is There Any Other Bollywood Releases On 3 July?
Yes, along with Alpha, Huma Qureshi’s Baby Do Die Do is also slated to release on 3 July 2026 in theaters. Recently the makers of the film released its teaser which succeeded to grab audience attention.
Now all eyes are on whether the film can live up to the massive expectations when it hits theaters on 3 July 2026.
