What Is Fall 2: Deadpoint About?
Fall 2: Deadpoint picks up with Jax Hunter, played by Harriet Slater, who's still reeling from the death of her fearless sister, Shiloh Hunter, an event that shaped the entire first film. Determined to honour her sister's memory, Jax sets out on a dangerous climb with Luce, one of Hunter's old friends, played by Arsema Thomas.
Their destination is Mount Kwan in Thailand, a punishing, vertigo-inducing climb across narrow rock faces and rickety wooden planks suspended thousands of feet in the air.
Things go horribly wrong when a sudden rockslide leaves Jax and Luce stranded roughly 5,000 feet above the ground, with no easy way down and dwindling options to call for help. As the hours pass, the film piles on dark revelations, painful truths, and cruel twists, turning what starts as a grief-driven pilgrimage into a full-blown fight for survival.
It's a classic Survival Thriller setup, but the shift from an abandoned tower to a real, sprawling mountain gives this sequel a genuinely bigger, more unpredictable canvas to work with.
