The wait is finally over. Amazon MGM Studios dropped the official VIBE teaser on August 21, 2026, and within hours it had already taken over Bollywood Twitter and Instagram reels. Directed by Kunal Kemmu, who's returning to the director's chair after the surprise hit Madgaon Express, VIBE is being billed as a comedy-action drama, and the 1-minute-20-second teaser gives just enough to get people talking without giving away the whole plot.

The teaser opens on a fairly serious note, showing Indian officials preparing for a major threat to the country. And then, true to Kunal Kemmu's style, it flips the tone entirely and turns the whole thing into a comedy of errors. What Is The Story Of VIBE?

Preity Zinta plays the woman calling the shots, a confident, no-nonsense figure who drags the two unlikely heroes deeper into the mission whether they like it or not. In one of the teaser's best moments, when she tells Hardik the nation needs him, his response is basically, "why not just call Pathaan or Tiger instead?" It's that self-aware humour that seems to be the film's biggest strength, poking fun at the larger-than-life spy genre while still delivering its own share of action.
