What Is The Story Of Obsession?

Obsession starts off as a quite ordinary adult movie for youngsters. Bear (Michael Johnston) has a crush on his friend and co-worker, Nikki (Inde Navarrette), yet he lacks the confidence to ask her on a date. On a whim, he purchases an enigmatic “One Wish Willow,” which brought to mind Aunt Gladys’ small branch, so I would never handle it.

Regardless, Bear not only interacts with this wish willow, but he also shatters it and hopes that Nikki will return his love. And she certainly does. Perhaps even to a greater extent than he anticipated. Her behavior around him is certainly odd and obsessive.

Clearly, Bear didn't truly anticipate that the wishing willow would genuinely function. Yet it did. Now Nikki is obsessed with Bear… and he feels both happy and frightened by this situation. Especially because of Nikki's unreasonable actions.

Michael Johnston and Inde Navarrette deliver impactful performances that support the narrative's chilling situation. Johnston performs exceptionally as a young man whose motives aren't always honest, and Navarrette is, without revealing too much, outstanding in every scene.
