On one hand, they have to save the Earth from destruction, while on the other hand, it becomes equally difficult to maintain their family relationships. This time they are facing a hungry cosmic god Galactus, who wants to devour the entire planet, and his mysterious Herald Silver Surfer, who is himself surrounded by contradictions.

As long as Galactus's intentions are limited to Earth, the heroes can fend him off but when it comes to their family, the fight becomes more than just an emotional one. This story is a great blend of action, emotions and Marvel's signature style which gives a new feeling to the audience.

The film is a powerful return to the Marvel franchise, with its 1960s-inspired retro-futuristic setting and stunning visuals immediately striking. Vanessa Kirby's performance was particularly praised after seeing their role in this film.

She effectively portrayed the mother-and-hero confusion and strength of Sue Storm. Pedro Pascal's role as Reed Richards was not as appealing some critics have found his performance weak, as his role did not seem well balanced between being a scientist and a father. But the depth and emotional side of the script felt a little weak. Overall, First Steps is a strong debut after the previous F4 flop: stylish, emotional, but lacking in depth for all the right reasons.

According to preliminary reports from Sacnilk, the first day net collections were pegged at Rs 0.27 crore, which seems very low as the data is just updated. The Fantastic Four: First Steps opened to around 190 million Dollar to 210 million Dollar worldwide on Day 1. This figure indicates a strong launch for the film, especially after Marvel's recent underperforming projects.

Some trades currently speculated that it could have opened as high as 125–130M Dollar in North America but official figures were reported to be around 100–110M Dollar. Internationally, the film remained in the 90–100M Dollar range, recording a spectacular global Day 1 overall. The show is said to be far superior to Marvel's previous superhero reboots, and may be the start of a long run of success for the MCU.
