Washington: Deadline has announced the long-expected teaser for 'The Fantastic Four: First Steps' is finally out. On Tuesday, Marvel Studios released the teaser, providing fans their first glimpse at the upcoming movie, which is scheduled to arrive in theaters this July.
The teaser presents fans with the retrofuturistic universe of the Fantastic Four. The story begins with Reed Richards and Sue Storm guiding a visitor through their headquarters in the Baxter Building, as H.E.R.B.I.E. and The Thing get a meal ready.
A significant scene in the trailer showcases a heartfelt conversation between Reed and Sue concerning their history and what lies ahead. "Prior to our first ascent," Reed says to Sue, "you weren't able to become invisible, Ben wasn't solid, and Johnny never ignited."
Ben has consistently been a cornerstone. Johnny is...Johnny. And I am right here. "Whatever challenges life brings, we will tackle them together as a family," Sue replies in the trailer. Additional glimpses feature Johnny Storm soaring into space without a spacesuit, flames billowing over Manhattan, and John Malkovich in an enigmatic character.
The film takes place in a different version of the 1960s and was shot abroad from July to November 2024. The ensemble features Julia Garner portraying Shalla-Bal (a variation of Silver Surfer), along with Paul Walter-Hauser, Natasha Lyonne, and Sarah Niles.

Plot Of Fantastic Four: First Steps
