In an interview, Vineet shared his experience with the film and how he no longer worries about box office numbers. On being called underrated, he said, "Now I just smile. I’ve learned to rebuild myself, no matter what."
The last 30 minutes of Chhaava left a deep impact, showing Kavi Kalash and Sambhaji Maharaj’s torture by Aurangzeb’s forces. Their emotional poetry exchange struck a chord with audiences. Calling it his favorite scene, Vineet said something magical and divine happened while filming it.
