New Addition to His Real Estate Portfolio

Aamir’s latest acquisition is a ready-to-move-in apartment with a carpet area of approximately 1,027 square feet. Moreover, the report also states that the deal was finalized on June 25 and the purchase incurred a stamp duty of ₹58.5 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000. The property is situated in Pali Hill’s Bella Vista Apartments. Aamir has nine out of 24 units and also owns units in the neighboring Marina Apartments building. 

This prestigious property is located in Bella Vista Apartments, an upscale residential building in Pali Hills, one of Mumbai’s most sought-after residential areas. Known for its serene environment and lush greenery, Pali Hills is a coveted location for celebrities and affluent individuals.

A Peek into Aamir’s Real Estate Holdings

Aamir Khan owns a sprawling sea-facing home in Bandra, spread across 5,000 square feet and two floors. The interiors of this minimalist apartment include a vast open area ideal for hosting parties and gatherings.

In 2013, Aamir invested in a farmhouse worth ₹7 crore in Panchgani, which spans across 2 acres. The actor has also made significant investments in commercial properties. Reports suggest he owns 22 houses in Shahabad, Hardoi district, Uttar Pradesh.

Aamir’s Work Front

On the professional front, Aamir Khan’s last film, Laal Singh Chaddha, did not perform well at the box office. However, his latest production, Laapata Ladies, received a positive response. Currently, he is working on Sitaare Zameen Par, which is expected to hit the big screen around Christmas this year.
