Their friendship deepened during their collaborations in "Moggina Manasu" (2008) and "Drama" (2012). After years of companionship, Yash and Radhika got engaged on August 12, 2016, in Goa, followed by a quiet wedding ceremony in Bengaluru on December 9, 2016.

The couple welcomed their first child, Ayra, on December 2, 2018, followed by their son, Yatharv, born on October 30, 2019. Their journey into parenthood has been cherished and celebrated by their fans and well-wishers.
