Mahesh Babu is one of the most famous and biggest stars in the Tollywood industry. In modern Hindi Films, many Telugu stars have made their mark on the Hindu belt, however, the star is the only one who wants to focus only on Telugu movies and audiences. The actor once again drew attention with his rude response of not doing Hindi Films and proved that he is a true star.
Mahesh Babu recently attended GMB Entertainment's Adivi Sesh Major trailer launch and recently talked about why he doesn't like Hindi Films. He said that instead of presenting himself as a pan-Indian actor, his goal was to make southern films a national success.
Noting that Telugu is his only priority, Mahesh Babu said, "I always wanted to make films in Telugu and wanted people all over India to see them. Now when that happens, I feel very happy. I have always had this strong opinion that my strength is Telugu movies and the passion that I understand is the emotion of a Telugu movie.
The star added, "I may seem arrogant, I have received many offers in Hindi. But I guess they can't stand me. I don't want to waste my time. The stardom and love I have here in Telugu cinema, I never thought of going to another industry. Always I thought I would make movies here and it will get bigger, and my faith is becoming a reality now. I couldn't be happier."
Also before, on one occasion, Mahesh Babu was asked about his debut in Bollywood and rudely replied that he doesn't need to make Hindi Films to see them everywhere. This brutal response from the actor went viral on social media.
Meanwhile, on the action front, Mahesh Babu awaits the release of his upcoming action movie Sarkaru Vaari Paata, written and directed by Parasuram. Noble star and National Award-winning actress Keerthi Suresh in the title role and is scheduled to appear on screens on May 12.
