Andrew Garfield REVEALS who knew about his Spider-Man: No Way Home cameo before the film's release

Andrew Garfield has admitted that he lied to a lot of people about his movie Spider-Man: No Way Home, including actress Emma Stone, who taunted him into revealing the truth. During his recent appearance on The Ellen Show, Andrew revealed the only three people he shared the MCU's big secret with. The actor revealed that only his family knows.

Opening up about himself, the actor revealed while talking to Elaine how he has been keeping a secret for two years and that he felt like he was throwing a surprise party for a lot of people. Adding to the people who knew about his cameo appearance, Garfield said that it was none other than his parents and his brother who he told about his return as Spider-Man in the MCU movie.

Speaking about lying for two years, Garfield said: "I've lied to people for two good years and I lied on the internet for two years and it felt good. It was fun keeping it a secret," he admitted. I was part of organizing a surprise birthday party for a group of people that I knew would appreciate it,” via Just Jared.

Aside from the Spider-Man movie, Andrew has also been in the news for his other big movie, Tick, Tick...Boom! by Lin-Manuel Miranda. Which caused quite a ruckus at the Oscars for Andrew. The actor also received a Golden Globe for his performance in the film based on the life of playwright Jonathan Larson, best known for writing the musical Rent.
