Asia Cup is a One-Day International (ODI) cricket tournament with Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, and Hong Kong as the participants of this 2 week long tournament

The cricket battle, to win the Asia Cup 2018 will occur at the United Arab Emirates. The matches will start from 15th September 2018. This will be the 14th edition of the Asia Cup and it is the third time that United Arab Emirates will be the host of this tournament. The matches will take place at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium.

Asia Cup is a One-Day International (ODI) cricket tournament with Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, and Hong Kong as the participants of this 2 week long tournament. The interesting fact is that originally the tournament was supposed to be scheduled in India, but due to the tensions between India and Pakistan it was moved to United Arab Emirates.

 Format of the Tournament- Six teams will split into two groups of three; the top two teams from every group will fight against each other to be in the Super Four section of the tournament and the top two teams of the Super Four section will then play each other in the final.

  1. Sep 15, Saturday- Bangladesh vs Sri Lanka, Group B at Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Dubai.

  2. Sep 16, Sunday- Pakistan vs Hong Kong, Group A at Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Dubai

  3. Sep 17, Monday- Sri Lanka vs Afghanistan, Group B at Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi

  4. Sep 18, Tuesday- India vs Hong Kong, Group A at Dubai International Cricket Stadium , Dubai

  5. Sep 19, Wednesday- India vs Pakistan, Group A at Dubai International Cricket Stadium , Dubai

  6. Sep 20, Thursday- Bangladesh vs Afghanistan, Group B at Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi
