What Is Bhoot Bangla About?
The Bhoot Bangla narrative centers on Arjun Acharya (Akshay Kumar), who journeys from London to North India to claim his grandfather's estate on behalf of his sister. As he intends to hold her wedding at the family palace, he receives a warning about a frightening being called “Vadhusur,” a spirit that has previously taken 12 brides.
In spite of several cautions, Arjun persists with the arrangements, only to face unsettling and bizarre events happening around him. What ensues is an intense struggle involving faith, anxiety, and existence.

As per Sacnilk, Akshay Kumar’s ‘Bhoot Bangla’ garnered a total advance booking of Rs 91.53 lakh and Rs 2.5 crore with blocked seats on its opening day. More than 5000 shows are planned for Friday as the Akshay Kumar-Rajpal Yadav film sells upwards of 34,000 tickets across the country.
Initial trends indicated that the audience was interested in late-night shows, with ticket prices varying from Rs 120 to Rs 1700 on the platform BookMyShow.
