Who Is Mandana Karimi?

Mandana Karimi was born in the city of Tehran. She started her career as a flight attendant, before relocating to Mumbai in 2010 for modeling opportunities.
In 2013, she had a cameo in the movie Roy. She also featured in Bhaag Johnny, Main Aur Charles, and Kyaa Kool Hain Hum 3. She participated in the reality TV show Bigg Boss 9 and Lock Upp.
Why Is Mandana Karimi Ready To Leave India?
Since January, Mandana Karimi has ceased working and her contracts were cancelled due to her increased vocality and political involvement. She asserted that she contacted platforms sharing videos and images from Iran, urging them to address the reality, but sensed that the coverage emphasized only the regime's power and reflected government propaganda. She expressed that she experiences profound disappointment with the Indian media.
Mandana stated that she is prepared to go back to Iran as soon as the regime comes to an end, with her bags already packed. She additionally mentioned that she intends to depart from India for the time being. Describing it as a painful choice, she mentioned it feels akin to parting ways with India, a nation that provided her with a career, love, and friendships. Mandana also mentioned that she lost a number of friends after publicly protesting and discussing issues related to Iran.

Mandana Karimi Supports Donald Trump After Khamenei's Death
Mandana, originally from Iran, relocated to India in her 20s for modeling opportunities and to pursue a career in the Indian film industry. Over the past few months, Mandana has shared extensively on her Instagram, backing the protests against the current Iranian regime and criticizing Khamenei.

On Sunday, shortly after the Iranian Supreme Leader was killed in a joint US-Israel airstrike, Mandana praised the two nations for ‘assisting’ Iran.
On her Instagram Stories, Mandana posted a photo of Donald Trump and added, “Dear Mr President, Iranian people will remember you the way Israel remembers Cyrus the Great.”

Speaking openly about the ongoing turmoil in her country, Mandana stated, "For years, individuals in Iran have demonstrated with our bare hands." "We have lost individuals."
She went on, "We've lost mothers, children, schools - the list simply keeps growing. No one takes death lightly when it comes to celebration. However, this regime and what they have inflicted upon us... I'm certain you've come across the videos from the last few months - January 8 and January 9 - when the mass killing of 1,000 individuals occurred. Iranians began to dance and rejoice over the deaths of their fellow citizens. My family and friends, when they contact me, say, 'Can you believe how many have died?'"
Considering the response from segments of the Iranian community, she stated, "We will be celebrating since we've been requesting help from the world for so many years." This regime represents a malignant cell in the Middle East. You can observe that their attacks occur in the Middle East. It's spontaneous and unstructured; they're going to restaurants or similar locations. And that’s our sentiment. "We have been struggling for more than 48 years."
Disappointed By The Indian People
Mandana also shared her disappointment over the protests taking place in India, stating that she believes they appear to be in support of the Iranian regime. She said she was deeply hurt by the situation and felt emotionally affected by the developments.
Expressing her feelings, Mandana revealed that she had personally tried to organise a candlelight protest in support of her people two weeks ago. However, she claimed that she did not receive permission to hold the peaceful gathering.
Mandana’s emotional statement has sparked fresh debate online, especially amid ongoing global political tensions.
