Bigg Boss fans, gear up for a twist! For the first time in years, Salman Khan won’t be taking charge of Weekend Ka Vaar.
The man who made “Weekend Ka Vaar” a household phrase is stepping aside—at least for now. And the big question buzzing everywhere is: who’s going to step into those massive shoes this week?
With the drama in the house hitting new highs, viewers are in for a surprise that no one saw coming.
Who Will Join Us This Weekend As Bigg Boss 19 Host?
Superstar Salman Khan who has the longest affiliation with the show for 15 years, became part of it in the fourth season. However, prior to Salman's involvement, it was actor Arshad Warsi who served as the host for the first season of Bigg Boss. Eighteen years later, Arshad Warsi will again be seen hosting the newest episode of Weekend Ka Vaar. According to reports, Salman Khan is currently filming in Ladakh for his upcoming movie, Battle of Galwan, and will therefore be absent from the shoot of Bigg boss 19 this weekend.
According to the team, Arshad Warsi will bring some excitement to the house and include entertaining segments in the Bigg boss 19. As Arshad takes on Salman Khan's role, it will be intriguing to observe whether Arshad will be as strict as the Sikandar star in providing critiques to the participants.
Why Arshad Warsi And Akshay Kumar Will Join Together?
For those who don’t know, Akshay and Arshad are preparing to come together in a significant legal drama for the third chapter of Jolly LLB. The movie is scheduled to premiere in theaters on September 19, 2025. It is yet to be determined how events will play out in Week 3 of Weekend Ka Vaar and how Akshay and Arshad will handle the fluctuations among the participants.

About Salman Khan Upcoming Movie Battle Of Galwan
Salman Khan is presently filming for his new movie Battle of Galwan in Ladakh. The Bhaijan of Bollywood shared an initial preview of his appearance on his official Instagram account. This verified that he is focused on the Battle of Galwan, which explains his absence from Bigg Boss 19 this week.
The Battle of Galwan will showcase the cinematic depiction of the clashes between Indian and Chinese forces in the Galwan area that occurred in June 2020. At that time, the Indian soldiers courageously protected their land from the massive Chinese army.
This weekend promises to be unlike any other for Bigg Boss 19. The only question is—will the audience embrace this new twist or keep missing Salman’s fiery presence?
