As soon as the trailer of “Ek Chatur Naar” starts, Divya Khosla's powerful voice is heard - “Every city has two types of settlements, one on the river bank and the other on the drain bank. The people living on the river bank have many opportunities, but the people living on the drain bank have to make the most of what they get.” These lines make the audience think right from the beginning and set the tone for the film.

After this, some visuals are shown and Divya introduces herself. She says in a very funny way - "What can we tell you about ourselves, we have no steady job, but we are on top."
