12th Fail star Vikrant Massey has revealed that he will be saying goodbye to Indian cinema after featuring in two additional films in 2025. He announced his retirement in a note on Instagram.
Vikrant Massey has been a part of the industry for nearly twenty years, with his career covering films, television, and OTT platforms. Following a series of outstanding performances, including the unexpected hit 12th Fail, the 37-year-old actor has declared his retirement. Vikrant, noted for his roles in The Sabarmati Report, 12th Fail, and Sector 36, was most recently seen in The Sabarmati Report. In his note, he mentioned that he plans to say farewell to acting after completing two additional films.
In his Instagram note, Vikrant Massey expressed, “Hi, The previous few years and more have been extraordinary. I appreciate all of you for your unforgettable support. Yet, as I progress, I recognize that it’s necessary to readjust and return home. As a Spouse, Parent & a Child. And also in the role of an Actor. So in 2025, we will see each other one final time. Until the time is deemed appropriate. Final 2 films and numerous years of recollections. Thank you once more. For all things and everything in between. Eternally grateful!
