Filmmaker Venkat Prabhu said in a curious turn of events, Thalapathy Vijay would stay active in the entertainment industry after entering politics.

Viewers are captivated by Thalapathy Vijay's teaser and initial glimpses of his upcoming movie, The Greatest of All Time. Directed by Venkat Prabhu, this is one of the actor's last roles before he embarks on a career in politics.

Venkat Prabhu has recently made a comment regarding the likelihood of Vijay sticking to his acting career after entering politics.

According to the reports, at a special trailer releasing ceremony for The Greatest Of All Time in Chennai, filmmaker Venkat Prabhu addressed the much-discussed subject of whether Thalapathy Vijay would continue his acting career after entering politics.

The filmmaker added that, like many other Vijay admirers, he too wishes to see him perform for a long time. He did, however, remember posing the same query to the actor and disclosed the unexpected answer he received from Thalapathy.

"In fact, I asked him if he would balance both," stated Venkat Prabhu. With a simple smile, he added, "We'll see." Our hope to see him on screen will never go away. However, he too has an aim, a desire. And I believe that we ought to back it.

Next, the media questioned Venkat Prabhu on if GOAT made any specific allusions to Thalapathy Vijay's political career or if it had any bearing on the film at all. But the director quickly made it clear that the film is not fundamentally political.

Such acts have never been taken by Vijay Sir. He refused to have any lines written in order to achieve his political goals. GOAT is not a political movie; it is a commercial movie. Of course, there are hints about his political career in a few of the trailer's lines. However, when you watch the movie, you'll notice how all of these truly work in unison with the story. GOAT doesn't make any political allusions. Vijay Sir recognizes a film for what it is, and more significantly, he is aware of my political acumen. We seldom ever talk about politics.

Venkat Prabhu also revealed Thalapathy Vijay's desire for not a single word of GOAT to be associated with his upcoming political program. "There are no political references," he continued. We've never talked about politics; Vijay Sir views a film as a film.

For those who are unaware, the highly anticipated trailer for The Greatest of All Time was released by the film's creators on August 18, 2024. The film delivered on its promise of a suspenseful action thriller from the very beginning, and Thalapathy Vijay stunned everyone with his unique look and magnetism.

The film is scheduled to open in theaters on September 5, 2024. Prasanth, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Prabhu Deva, and others are also featured in GOAT. AGS Entertainment is providing funding for the project, which will be distributed in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi, among other languages.
