A provisional list of contestants for Bigg Boss 18 has been circulating on social media, and it’s been confirmed through various media reports that Salman Khan will return as the host for this upcoming season. Salman had to miss hosting Bigg Boss OTT 3 due to his commitment to filming his next movie, Sikandar. According to reports, Bigg Boss 18 is set to premiere on October 5.

A source has disclosed that Bigg Boss 18 will kick off on the first Saturday of October. Although no contestants have been officially confirmed yet, many are currently being approached. On Monday, Bigg Boss OTT 3 contestant Payal Malik mentioned in her vlog that her husband's second wife, Kritika Malik, has been finalized for the season. However, there has been no official confirmation regarding this claim. Typically, contestants for Bigg Boss 18 sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), which includes a penalty for revealing their participation prematurely. Therefore, Payal’s announcement about Kritika might just be a tactic to gain attention.

Several potential contestants' names have been reported. Media outlets suggest that actors such as Arjun Bijlani, Karan Patel, Sameera Reddy, Surbhi Jyoti, Pooja Sharma, Shoaib Ibrahim, and Dalljiet Kaur could be part of the show. Additionally, social media influencers like Abhishek Malhan, Mr. Faisu, Deepika Arya, Dolly Chaiwala, Maxtern, and Thugesh are also rumored to join Bigg Boss 18. The tentative list also features some reality show stars like the rumored winners of Splitsvilla 15, Kashish Kapoor, Digvijay Singh Rathee, and Siwet Tomar. Reports also suggest that former Bigg Boss OTT 3 contestants Shivani Kumari, Vishal Pandey, and Adnaan Shaikh might be brought back for the main season.
