Satish kaushik has passed away at the age of 66.The news was confirmed by the Anupam kher on twitter.
Anupam kher wrote death is the reality of this world but I never thought that I would write tis about my best friend. What a sudden pause in a 45 year friendship!! Life wouldn’t be the same without you sitting down! Om Shanti!”

Satish celebrated holy at the house of Javed Akhtar before his death. He even shared the picture on Twitter. Richa Chadha, Mahima Chaudhary, Ali Fazal and others joined her at the party.
Satish Chandra Kaushik, born April 13, 1956. He graduated from Kirori Mal College and was a graduate of National School of Drama and Film and Television Institute of India. He has acted in films like Ram Lakhan, Saajan Chale Sasural, Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro and became widely known for his role as Calendar in Shekhar Kapur's Mr India.
