Britney Spears is expecting a baby! The 40-year-old pop singer confirmed her pregnancy with her fiancé Sam Asgari in an Instagram post on April 11. She said she started gaining weight during her recent vacation to Maui with the 28-year-old fitness trainer. Britney wrote: "I took a pregnancy test... well... I have a baby."
However, Britney, who has children Sean Preston, 16, and Jayden James, 15, from her previous marriage to Kevin Federline, went so far as to declare that she "will not go out much" to avoid being caught by the paparazzi. . . The powerhouse singer reflected on her past experience as an expected figure in the spotlight, further saying, "It's hard because when I was pregnant I had peripartum depression... I have to say it's pretty horrible."

Britney was officially released from custody five months ago, so the new cake in the oven is arriving on time. Britney claimed during an emotional speech at a conservatorship hearing on June 23, 2021, that she had to get an IUD to prevent her from getting pregnant while she was still under conservatorship.
Interestingly, Britney expressed her wish to have a child with Sam several times before she came true. In an Instagram post in November, the Peace of Me singer seemed to hint that she intended to have a girl and she told her followers that she was "thinking about having another baby."
