While fans are still fascinated by Pawan Kumar Chaturvedi's gorgeous portrayal of Dabangg Khan, we may see the actor playing this character once again, as the sequel to this movie is ready to be grabbed. The writer K. Vijayendra Prasad, who wrote the film's story, recently revealed that he shared the idea for the sequel with Salman Khan and loved it.

Speaking to press, writer of RRR and Baahubali said, "I'm trying to decipher the Bajrangi Bhaijaan 2. Some time ago, I told Salman about the idea, and he's also excited. But I'm looking for a suitable vehicle to move it forward. I hope it comes true." He added, “When I met Salman Khan on a show, I told him about the Bajrangi Bhaijaan sequel. He is excited about the idea and said it was a good idea.” Well, it will be interesting to see if the cast members will join in to re-enact their roles or see a completely different cast of actors.

On the professional front, Salman Khan is currently filming for Tiger 3 alongside Katrina Kaif. Speaking of the film, it was directed by Manish Sharma who is known for directing films like Band Baaja Baaraat, Ladies Vs Ricky Bahl, Shuddh Desi Romance and Fan. Emraan Hashmi also appears in the film as the main antagonist, and the creators have kept his character's details a secret. The movie will be shot in multiple locations. It is produced under the YRF banner.
