About O’ Romeo

Starring Shahid Kapoor and Triptii Dimri, O’Romeo has officially released in theatres on February 13. The tale focuses on a tumultuous romance that delves into obsession, sorrow, and repercussions formed by emotional highs and lows. The movie takes its cues from a chapter in Hussain Zaidi’s book, Mafia Queens of Mumbai, highlighting gangster Hussain Ustara and Sapna Didi.
Prior to the film’s launch, a special viewing took place for several Bollywood celebrities, and their reactions have begun to appear on social media.
About Tu Yaa Main

The narrative centers on two unexpected digital creators - Avani Shah (Shanaya Kapoor), a sophisticated and thriving social media influencer known as "Miss Vanity," and Maruti (Adarsh Gourav), a rough underground rapper from Nalasopara, who come together for a collaborative retreat.
The two content creators begin their journey with playful content, gradually develop feelings for each other, and eventually Avani discovers she is pregnant. Facing pressure from her family to have an abortion, Avani departs from her home with Maruti and takes refuge at his place.
Later, Avani's sibling and sister's husband attempt to persuade Maruti to prepare her to eliminate the baby. Initially, Maruti denies them, but eventually, after being brainwashed, he alters his choice.

Is Tu Yaa Main A Remake Of 2018 ‘The Pool’?
Tu Yaa Main is formally based on the Thai thriller The Pool. Therefore, for viewers familiar with the original film, the Adarsh-Shanaya feature will be predictable and will present no fresh content. In summary, Tu Yaa Main can be described as the 'desi' adaptation of The Pool.
O’ Romeo Review
O’ Romeo Review: O’ Romeo marks the fourth collaboration between Vishal Bhardwaj and Shahid Kapoor. The director's box office history is poor, yet two of the three movies featuring Shahid have fared better. As per now, the movie has sold slightly more than 15K tickets at national theaters on opening day, with the final count expected to be approximately 25K. That will exceed 18K of Devaa but remain below 33K of Teri Baaton Main Uljha Jiya.
What went wrong with #ORomeo’s marketing? A breakdown
— Filmy Gautam (@filmygautam) February 11, 2026
1) When the teaser & trailer dropped, O Romeo looked like a BIG moment. Characters, dialogues, music, everything was being discussed.
The film had genuine, organic buzz.
2) Then the songs started releasing… and the buzz… pic.twitter.com/Xs9mlOtHIM
Adding to the challenge is the reality that the movie is quite expensive, with a price around Rs 100 crore for production and distribution. The non-theatrical revenues appear promising at first glance, but there's much reliance on theatrical. With the initial release not anticipated soon, success will largely hinge on favorable reviews and subsequent growth.

⭐️/5
One of the weakest film ever saw of 2026, poor script, story and acting. #ShahidKapoor acting is a big letdown as always, Songs are worst. #TriptiiDimri is good, all other cast are ok. #VishalBhardwaj gives another crap story. #ORomeo Disaster. pic.twitter.com/rWbQvpcTw7
Tu Yaa Main Review
Tu Yaa Main Review: Tu Yaa Main offered an intriguing teaser, but hasn't advanced much beyond that point. Popular music might have been beneficial. The progress is nearly nonexistent, with approximately 1K tickets sold at the major chains to date.
Rating: ZERO STARS#TuYaaMain is UTTER CRAP.

I don’t even know where to begin… I’m not even in a state to review it properly. That’s how bad it is. Nothing works. Some films disappoint. This one drains you. Not worth a single minute of your time. SKIP IT. 👎👎 #TuYaaMainReview
The expectation is for the reception to be favorable, and if that happens, it could perform strongly on Saturday and maintain momentum from there.
#TuYaaMain is a weak remake of #ThePool. It had the potential to be a great movie, but it falls short due to the lacklustre writing.

In the battle of O’ Romeo vs Tu Yaa Main, star power clearly leads the opening race, but audience verdict will decide the real winner. Stay tuned as this box office clash unfolds!
