In case you love to take selfies, here is another gadget for the selfie lovers- Vivo V11Pro. Vivo launched its new series recently with an in-display fingerprint sensor which was only available in the X series of the phone earlier. Vivo V11 Pro has many similar specifications as the Vivo X21, a higher end phone in the Vivo series. The primary competitor in the same league is Oppo F series. Vivo V11 is a decent update of the Vivo V9 which was launched about six months ago.
The new model is almost identical to its previous version; this is a disappointing factor for those who wish to go for the new Vivo V11. The buttons, SIM tray, ports, and even the rear camera module have almost identical placements. This phone is really light thanks to its all-plastic body. Vivo V11 is easily manageable even with one hand. It is 7.9mm thick, just like the V9 but is slightly taller, so it might feel a little heavier on your pocket. It has a glossy back texture that may seem nice to some but in my opinion matte look is what I like.

Display-
The Vivo V11 comes with a bigger display of 6.41 inches. Watching movies, videos will be more fun now. This ‘Halo Full View’ display is given the name because it has slim borders on all
The display has a full-HD+ resolution which makes the total pixel count to just over 400ppi. Hence, the images/texts are so clear and sharp. It has a Super AMOLED panel that provides vivid
It has motion sensors and the fingerprint logo lights up when motion is detected, so you know where to place your finger. The only drawback is that the authentication isn’t very quick. It takes like 2 seconds before the phone unlocks

Vivo V11 Pro specifications and software-
The Vivo V11 Pro is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 mobile platform with a 6GB of RAM. The storage capacity of the phone is 64GB of storage and is expandable up to 256GB. It comes with all the basic features like dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5, USB-OTG, GPS, and FM radio. The phone sensors are incorporated with an ambient light sensor, virtual gyroscope, proximity sensor, and a compass.
The phone does not come with a notification LED, so to compensate for that you can enable the always-on display, which shows you the time, date, battery level, and app icons for any incoming notifications. However, the notifications are passive, which means you can’t reply or access them the way Samsung and many others allow. Another shortcoming is that you don’t get any controls on the always-on display when music is playing.
Vivo’s Funtouch OS is now at version
The OS is definitely rich in features, though there’s a universal search function on the home screen,
V11 Pro also has something called FunMoji, although it does not match with the Apple’s Animoji standards but can be considered a fair attempt and an enjoyable experience for the Vivo users. It is a bit jerky to use and does not pick up subtle emotions. It can be accessed through the TouchPal.
Vivo V11 Pro performance-
Vivo V11 Pro has a great performance with a very good touch response. Though, direct sunlight may have an impact on its touch quality. Speaking of games, the Snapdragon 660 doesn’t have the best GPU, which is why the trending games like PUBG and Asphalt 9: Legends run at medium to low settings by default.
Camera-
The camera of Vivo V11 Pro has a 12-megapixel sensor and f/1.8 aperture lens. It comes with dual pixel autofocus but doesn't have optical stabilization. It locks focus very quickly without any lags. The Auto HDR works considerably well in balancing the exposure of dark and bright areas well.
The quality of 4K video recording is good but not perfect. It may get a little grainy in low light. Video resolutions are limited, as your only other choices are 1080p and 720p. The second 5-megapixel sensor is used for creating depth. This kicks in when you switch to bokeh mode.
The best part about this phone is its 25-megapixel selfie camera which makes it stand out in front of its competitors. It has tried to incorporate some amazing lightning modes, similar to what comes in iPhone X while the images are sharp and well exposed.
The camera app is easy but the layout isn’t perfect. It takes a while to get friendly with the shooting mode as it is quite slow in functionality. Even the AI scene recognition is slow. There is not much of a difference in image quality with or without it.
Battery Life-
The battery does drain quickly, especially with all the camera features in use but it still has a decent battery life to help you survive through the day. A single round of PUBG can exhaust up to 11 % of your battery, which is like 11% for every 30 minutes of regular use. But you don’t have to worry because the phone supports Vivo’s Dual Engine fast charging technology which gives you roughly an 80
