Vaa Vaathiyaar Trailer
In the trailer, Karthi plays Rameshwaran J, a police officer raised as a devoted admirer of the late superstar MG Ramachandran, influenced by his father (Rajkiran). We catch sight of a political conspiracy occurring far above Rameshwaran's level, yet the man becomes entangled in it nonetheless. He starts to champion justice in typical MGR style, with certain scenes depicting him on a horse or brandishing a whip.
Cast Of Vaa Vaathiyaar
Directed by Nalan Kumarasamy, 'Vaa Vaathiyaar' marks his initial collaboration with Karthi and is his third directorial venture after Soodhu Kavvum and Kadhalum Kadandhu Pogum. Karthi plays a police officer dedicated to maintaining the ideals established by the late superstar and ex-Chief Minister M.G.
Ramachandran, values instilled in him by his father (Rajkiran). The movie showcases a notable supporting cast, featuring Krithi Shetty, Sathyaraj, Anandaraj, Karunakaran, G.M.Sunder, Shilpa Manjunath, and Ramesh Thilak.
Vaa Vaathiyaar Release Date
Following months of doubt and postponement, the film 'Vaa Vaathiyaar' was ultimately secured for a release on January 14. The action caper comedy film has recently obtained its U/A censor certificate and is now profiting from the legal tender matters concerning its release.
Other Tamil Films Scheduled To Release On This Pongal
At first, two significant movies were scheduled for this Pongal premiere. Vijay’s concluding film Jana Nayagan and Sivakarthikeyan’s Parasakthi were set to be released simultaneously.
Jana Nayagan was delayed due to censorship certificate problems, making Parasakthi the only confirmed release.
With its mix of action, drama, and social themes, Vaa Vaathiyaar looks set to offer more than just festive entertainment. It’s a film that aims to leave an impact along with applause.
