About Son Of Sardaar
In 2012, Ajay Devgn featured in the action comedy Son of Sardaar, an authorized Hindi adaptation of SS Rajamouli’s 2010 Telugu comedy-drama Maryada Ramanna. Helmed by Ashwni Dhir and featuring Sanjay Dutt, Sonakshi Sinha, Juhi Chawla, Mukul Dev, and Vindu Dara Singh, Son of Sardaar competed at the Diwali box office against Shah Rukh Khan's Jab Tak Hai Jaan. Notwithstanding the competition, Son of Sardaar grossed over Rs 100 crore at the box office and became a success.

Thirteen years later, its sequel Son of Sardaar 2 is coming out, and the creators have unveiled its announcement teaser, offering fans a sneak peek into the tumultuous universe they experienced in 2012.
While Son Of Sardaar was located in Punjab, the follow-up occurs in Scotland as Jassi (Ajay Devgn) ventures abroad and unleashes chaos and turmoil in the lives of the new people and a few familiar faces he encounters.

Cast Of Son Of Sardaar 2
Ajay Devgn Latest Movie features the return of late Mukul Dev and Vindu Dara Singh from the original film. The film features new cast members such as Mrunal Thakur, Ravi Kishan, Sanjay Mishra, Neeru Bajwa, Chunky Panday, Kubbra Sait, Deepak Dobriyal, Roshni Walia, Sahil Mehta, and Sharat Saxena.
Sonakshi Sinha On Being Replaced By Mrunath Thakur
Sonakshi Sinha recently spoke about being replaced by Mrunal Thakur in Son of Sardaar 2. In an interview, she said that she hasn’t spoken to anyone from the team but believes there must be a good reason for the change.
The sequel may have a different plot or character, she said. Sonakshi also made it clear that she would have been concerned only if her original character was being replaced, but she doesn’t think that’s the case. She added that she isn’t too upset and wished the team all the very best for the film.
