Test Review

'Test' had the potential to present a gripping emotional drama with social implications, but its prolonged duration and unclear narrative diminish its effect. A potentially rich connection between Siddharth and Nayantara's characters, described as childhood friends, is introduced and subsequently overlooked. The concluding monologue, in which Madhavan attributes his decisions to his wife and places the responsibility on her, is especially difficult to accept and leaves an unpleasant impression. It’s a pity since the movie clearly aims to convey something significant.
