Story

Naveen (Manikandan) and Vennila (Saanve Megghana) tie the knot at a registrar's office, facing curses from their families for not seeking approval. Following a short break, Naveen and Vennila reside with his family. Vennila, an IAS hopeful, is a composed, empathetic, and expecting wife who stands by Naveen and overlooks the slights from her mother-in-law.

Naveen, a caring spouse, enjoys a joyful life. However, his rashness results in him getting fired from his job, throwing him into a spiral of issues related to finances. Even though he takes loans from lenders, he is burdened with a Rs 3 lakh debt and dissatisfied parents. To add to the situation, his brother-in-law Rajendran (Guru Somasundaram) seizes every chance to belittle him.
