Karisma Kapoor is among the select actors who have had the opportunity to work with Bollywood's three Khans. She starred alongside Shah Rukh Khan in "Dil Toh Pagal Hai," Salman Khan in "Judwaa," and Aamir Khan in "Raja Hindustani." In a recent interview, Karisma reflected on her experiences with each Khan, highlighting the distinct qualities that make them unique.
Discussing her collaboration with the Khans, Karisma shared, “We have all literally grown up together. I think they are all very special and very different from each other. Their working styles are very different; that’s what is unique about them.”
She elaborated on their individual traits, saying, “Salman (Khan) is more masti and fun, but in the shot, he’s very serious. Shah Rukh Khan is extremely hardworking and a very giving actor. He will really sit with you and do your lines, which is such a great quality, and then, of course, Aamir (Khan) is such a perfectionist. Working with them, I also got to learn a lot. That’s why I like to observe actors, and I literally observed them and took their best quality.”
Karisma began her Bollywood journey with "Prem Qaidi" in 1991, and since then, she has delivered several blockbuster hits including "Raja Hindustani," "Haseena Maan Jayegi," "Dil To Pagal Hai," and "Zubeidaa." Her performance in "Dil Toh Pagal Hai" earned her the National Award for Best Supporting Actress.
Most recently, Karisma appeared in Homi Adajania's Netflix India whodunit "Murder Mubarak." Her upcoming project is Abhinay Deo's thriller series "Brown," set to release on ZEE5. Additionally, she is currently hosting the TV show "India's Best Dancer 4."
