On the work front, Varun Dhawan's upcoming projects include the action thriller "Baby John" directed by A Kaleeswaran and presented by Atlee in collaboration with Jio Studios and Cine1 Studios.
Additionally, he will star in the Indian adaptation of the popular Hollywood series "Citadel," alongside Samantha Ruth Prabhu. The Indian version, created by Raj and DK, features Dhawan in a lead role, while Priyanka Chopra and Richard Madden headlined the international version. The release date for the Indian adaptation is yet to be announced.
Dhawan is also set to appear in "Sunny Sanskari ki Tulsi Kumari," a film written and directed by Shashank Khaitan. The movie boasts an ensemble cast including Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor in prominent roles, along with Sanya Malhotra, Rohit Saraf, Maniesh Paul, and Akshay Oberoi.
