Flagship Killer Launches its most expensive OnePlus series . OnePlus 9 features, price, specifications

23rd March 2021 was a Big Day for OnePlus enthusiasts as yesterday the major flagship killer was launched in 3 Variants- OnePlus 9, OnePlus 9Pro, and OnePlus 9R. OnePlus 9 and 9Pro will be powered by Snapdragon888 and 9R will be powered by Snapdragon870. Here are few details from the launch event.

In OnePlus 9 pro Company has majorly focused on the camera as it has partnered with Hasselblad. OnePlus has used one of the biggest ultra-wide sensors rocking a 50mp Sony IMX766 sensor. And the company also claims its 320% larger sensor than the previous one and also larger than the iPhone 12 pro max primary sensor. OnePlus 9 pro camera’s primary sensor is a 48mp Sony IMX789 which is very much capable of bringing out amazing colors and incredible details.

OnePlus is surely investing in top-of-line hardware but good things come with a good price. So does it still makes it a flagship killer?

OnePlus 9R Specification

OnePlus 9R will be launched in two variants and will start at Rs 39,999 for the 8GB ram option and Rs 43,999 for the 12GB one. The phone runs Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 a 7nm 5g chip and would be having a quad-camera setup at the back having a 48mp primary sensor, 16mp ultra-wide sensor, and a 5mp macro sensor, and 2mp depth. The selfie sensor is a single 16mp wide that supports 1080p video resolution up to 30fps. It will be rocking a 6.55 inches Fluid AMOLED display with a 120hz refresh rate that will make the user experience too overwhelming. It also packs a 4500mah battery with a 65W fast charger that claims to charge the device 1-100% in just 39mins. It comes in 2 colors one is Carbon black and the other one is Lake blue.

OnePlus 9Pro Specification

The OnePlus 9pro pack up with many features like Hasselblad camera setup, Fluid display 2.0, hyper touch for the better gaming experience, 120hz AMOLED curved display, it supports 8k 30fps for video and 4k up to 120fps, 65W fast charging, and 50W of wireless fast charging, it supports LTPO display technology for better power consumption and has Snapdragon 888 chips with an advance cooling system to power that all. It comes in Morning Mist, Pine Green, and Stellar Black all this indicates that OnePlus has given it all in this device but it seems that flagship killer has gone flagship this time. It’s priced at Rs 64,999 for the 8GB variant and 69,999 for the 12GB one.

OnePlus 9 Specification

OnePlus 9 packs all the features of its higher sibling but comes with a flat display rather than a curved one and also has a triple camera setup which includes 48mp IMX689 primary sensor, 50mp ultra-wide, and 2mp depth sensor for some great portrait shots. It comes in 3 colors that are Winter Mist, Artic Sky, Astral Black, and comes with the price of Rs 49,999 for the 8GB variant and Rs 54,999 for the 12GB one.

OnePlus Smartwatch 

OnePlus also launched a smartwatch this year with some really good features at a really great price. It has Blood Oxygen monitoring, Stress level monitoring with 110+ workout mode, and has seamless connectivity experience with OnePlus smart devices that includes OnePlus TV as well. It has a battery life of up to 2 weeks and has a really astonishing design with sapphire glass, a hand-polished watch case, and cobalt alloy. It is just priced at 14,999.
