Vishal Bhardwaj to direct Ali Fazal, Tabu, Wamiqa Gabbi, and Ashish Vidyarthi in Netflix thriller Khufiya

Two entertainment hubs, Netflix and Vishal Bhardwaj bring you a thrilling spy story, Khufiya, inspired by true events and based on the spy novel "Escape to Nowhere" by Amar Bhushan.

Produced by Vishal Bhardwaj Films and directed by Vishal Bhardwaj, Khufiya is a story about Krishna Mehra, a RAW agent who is assigned to track down a mole who sells defense secrets to India. All the while, he treated his dual identity as a spy and lover. The film stars Tabu, Ali Fazal, Wamiqa Gabbi, and Ashish Vidyarthi in the main roles.

Director and producer Vishal Bhardwaj shared his enthusiasm for the film and said, "With Fearlessness, I intend to create an avant-garde spy film that compares the slow-burning of intelligence and surveillance work with deep-rooted emotional struggles."
