Actress Kareena Kapoor Khan, who welcomed her second child, her son, with actor Saif Ali Khan in February this year, has written a book about her two pregnancies.
Titled “The Pregnancy Bible”, it was published by “Juggernaut Books”.
The "Jab We Met" actress revealed that she was writing a pregnancy book for her eldest son Taimur's birthday last year.
The 40-year-old took to Instagram to share details of the book, which is available for pre-order.
She had "good days and bad days" during her pregnancy, adding that some days she was excited to go to work, others when she struggled to get out of bed.
"This book is a very personal account of what I went through physically and emotionally during my pregnancy," Kapoor wrote in her letter.
In the post, the actress described the book as her third child.
Kapoor wrote in sharing that the book “has been reviewed and approved by FOGSI, the official body of obstetricians and gynecologists in India, along with the assistance of various expert voices such as Rujuta Dewikar, Dr. Sonali Gupta and Dr. Prabha Chandra. of NIMHANS ”.
On the parenting front, Saif and Kareena refrained from announcing the name of their second child. But according to the Mumbai Times, Timur's younger brother is named “Jeh”.
