Varun Dhawan fine for taking a selfie by Mumbai police

<p>Our chocolate boy Varun Dhawan was recently fined by Mumbai police for not wearing a seat belt and obstructing traffic all whilst taking a selfie with a fan. A photo of the actor was published recently in the newspaper where he is shown to be leaning out of the car to take a selfie with a fan.</p>
