The Narcotics Control Bureau Tuesday raid the Versova house of entertainer Deepika Padukone's manager Karishma Prakash, where it professed to have discovered 1.7 grams of charas and in any event two jugs of cannabis (CBD) oil. Prakash had before been addressed by NCB regarding the FIR that had been enrolled regarding the Sushant Singh Rajput case.
"Prakash's name sprung up during the scrutinizing of one of the paddlers captured by us for the situation in which we are hoping to bust medication networks around Bollywood, Based on the data, we attacked her habitation today. We discovered 1.7 grams of charas and at any rate two jugs of CBD oil," said an NCB official.
The authority said at the hour of the strike, Prakash was not home and the inquiry at her living arrangement was done within the sight of her colleagues. "We have called her for questioning tomorrow to NCB, however, her phone has been switched off and we do not know where she is," an authority said.

While the FIR with respect to the Sushant Singh Rajput case – 15/20 – is being tested by the Delhi NCB group, the subsequent FIR – 16/20 – in which Rhea Chakraborty and 23 others have been captured is being examined by the Mumbai Zonal Unit of the NCB. All the captures for the situation so far have been made regarding the Mumbai unit FIR.
The authority added that while Prakash has abused segments of the NDPS Act, she will be allowed to guard herself before a choice is taken to add her name in the FIR. So far there isn't anything connecting Deepika to the case. Notwithstanding Prakash, Deepika too had recorded her announcement before the NCB a month ago.
On the prior event, Prakash and Deepika's announcement was recorded after the NCB affirmed to have discovered visits in the cell phone of Sushant Singh Rajput's previous administrator Jaya Saha in which opiates were being examined. Padukone, in her announcement, told the police that the conversations were not about opiates but rather code words for cigarettes.
