On 5 June 2026, the makers released the DGP Kashmir teaser on social media. The teaser begins with a disturbing voice Jaago, Jaago…Subah Ho Gayi! It is obvious from the film’s title that DGP Kashmir depicts the story of Kashmir.

As for now, it is difficult to say anything about the movie story as the teaser doesn’t reveal so much. But after watching the DGP Kashmir teaser, it is pretty clear that the movie will have so much potential which helps to grab audience attention. It shows an ensemble cast, violent scenes, and the feeling for our nation which we can’t explain through words.

Imtiyaz Bhat is the director of the DGP Kashmir as well as he also acted in the film. Apart from the film includes Daisy Shah, Imtiyaz Bhat, Ashmit Patel, Puneet Issar, Ebadat Bhat, and Paridhi Sharma.

Fanaa centers on Rehan Qadri, a tour guide in New Delhi, who encounters Zooni Ali Beg, a woman from Kashmir. They both fall in love but are separated by a terrorist attack that reportedly claims Rehan's life. Eventually, it is uncovered that he was not killed but is a Kashmiri insurgent who orchestrated the assaults. Seven years later, his organization, called the 'IKF,' assigns him to a mission in Kashmir, where he unexpectedly reunites with Zooni.
Although the teaser reveals very little about the plot, DGP Kashmir has successfully created curiosity with its intense visuals and patriotic theme. Now, all eyes are on the trailer and official release date announcement.
