The trailer of an upcoming emotional as well as romantic love story, Dhadak 2 is out. The trailer shows two law students falling for each other. However, because everyone is against them, their love story is not so simple. But why? Because the boy whose name is Neelesh (portrayed by Siddhant Chaturvedi) belongs to a middle-class family. 

On the other hand his lover Vidhi (portrayed by Tripti Dimri) is from a well-reputable family in a village. That’s why all the family members in Vidhi’s family forced her to break up with Neelesh. Even Neelesh said - “If you love me, then stay away from me” because being together isn’t as easy as you think. Dhadak & Dhadak 2 Is Based On Same Theme?

Dhadak 2 is the sequel of the successful 2018 film Dhadak that introduced Ishaan Khatter and Janhvi Kapoor to Bollywood. The two films primarily revolve around the same theme of a romance interrupted by a divide of social status.

Siddhant Chaturvedi and Triptii Dimri play important parts in Dhadak 2. Dhadak, its presequel, made a total of Rs 72.50 crores at the box office after opening at Rs 8.75 crores in India. Therefore, it will be exciting to see how much its second part could earn.

While posting the trailer on social media, Dhadak 2 team wrote - It all begins with ek dhadak! Dhadak 2 Releasing in cinemas on 1st August. As a result, you can stream your favorite love story in theaters from August 1, 2025.
