Poster of Punjabi film Shahkot, starring Guru Randhawa, unveiled

The latest poster for the upcoming Punjabi film Shahkot, starring Guru Randhawa, was revealed on Sunday. It showcases two images of Guru: one holding a passport and the other walking on the tarmac with his luggage. This film marks Guru Randhawa's debut in Punjabi cinema and also features Isha Talwar, Raj Babbar, Seema Kaushal, Hardip Gill, and Gurshabad in significant roles.

About Shahkot

Shahkot is written and directed by Rajiv Dhingra, known for his work on Comedy Nights with Kapil and films like Love Punjab and Firangi. Rajiv promises that Shahkot will captivate global audiences with its blend of mass appeal and sophistication. According to him, Shahkot is not your typical love story, aiming to offer something unique to the viewers.

The film is produced by Anirudh Mohta of Aim7Sky Studios in association with 751 Films & Rapa Nui’s Films. Anirudh Mohta is optimistic about the future of Punjabi cinema, believing it is on the verge of becoming a major global phenomenon.
