Actress Sunny Leone wrapped up shooting for her movie 'Shero' in Kerala on Thursday.
Directed by 'Kuttanadan Marpappa' Sreejith Vijayan fame, 'Shero' is Sunny's first Malayalam movie in a leading role.
The film was shot in Munnar and other parts of Kerala, which is a crucial element of the film. The actress trained and prepared extensively, and did all the stunts herself.
Sunny Leone thinks he is a defining part of her. As the movie ended, she told: ``There are films that challenge you and make you want to do more. Shero is this movie just for me. I wanted to attach it to a tee.
She added, ``From acting to acting, to learning the language, it was a movie that completely consumed me. We filmed in such picturesque places in Kerala and it is by far one of the most interesting films I have ever made in my life.”
'Shero' is a psychological thriller in which Sunny plays Sarah Mike, an American-born woman with roots in India. The film follows the story of a serendipitous vacation, in which chance events shape the narrative.
The film will be released in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi.
