BIHAR GOVERNMENT SUBMIT WRITTEN SUBMITTION IN SC IN THE MYSTERIOUS DEATH OF SUSHANT 

As the final submission in the supreme court, Bihar government said that -Rhea Chakraborty’s plea in Sushant demine should be cancelled……………

Supreme court heard the plea from Rhea to forward FIR from Bihar police to Mumbai police. On 11th Aug.20, hearing of the case was done in the courtroom of supreme court reserved its judgement after hearing the argument by opposition lawyer, the SSR family lawyer, council representing Maharashtra govt. and the Solicitor general of India.

  On Tuesday, the supreme court dern its decision on the document forward by the rhea in the court that the scrutiny in the SSR death case be transferred to the Mumbai police from Patna. The written note of all precedent decision filed before the court by Thursday (13th Aug.20) asked by the supreme court to all the parties. Rhea claimed that Sushant’s father was using close relatives to frame her in the death of the late actor. Through her lawyer, she said that she was in love with the late actor but was getting traumatised in June after his death on 14th May 2020. During the argument rhea’s counsel, Shyam Dewan said the supreme court to” end the justice demand transfer.” Adding to that statement he said that Patna police no jurisdiction over SSR case.

‘Solicitor general attacked Mumbai Police by saying that how they haven’t followed any procedure???

Solicitor general Tushar Mehta who is representing the CBI said that an accepted stand by there “supposed investigation theory was that it was a suicide, not a murder. No FIR in Mumbai was reported was another common truth. The SG said that whatever Mumbai police are bad in the law by concluding a few statements. The first was that there is no case pending in Sushant’s death. The second was the recording of the statement on the spot investigation- whether to protect someone or not I’ll not go into that.

He further put a question that why Mumbai police did not file a FIR beside that they inform to the Magistrate. “How the Mumbai police have not followed the procedure?? Why they haven’t registered a FIR under section 154 of the criminal code? Why Magistrate was not informed under 157? Whatever action was taken by the Mumbai police during the so-called investigation into the late actor death doesn’t stand with the test of law. Mehta told the supreme court that no procedure was followed by the Mumbai police as the recorded statements which play into 56 in number was absolutely inconsequential.

Senior advocate Abhishek Manu Sanghvi, representative of Maharashtra said “that the case is not of Bihar or Maharashtra but a way of purl the process of law, it’s nothing but the bad politics because of the election in Bihar. Once the election is done nobody would hear the case. It’s all about baseless jurisdiction In Bihar”. He questioned the apex court that ‘can a single judge transfer the case to CBI? From the commission of offence, only section 177 code of criminal procedure will arise. As the crime was local, so without finding the insistence, no reason for it to go to CBI. 

In the revert of all these allegation, Vikas Singh advocate for Sushant’s family said that the family won’t get justice for his son’s untimely death until the case will not be handed to CBI. He alleged that Rhea didn’t my client to talk to his son. As in the larger picture, Sushant sister was just 10 minutes away when the door of his room was opened. They didn’t even wait for his sister to come and thus she didn’t see his body hanging said by Singh.

While opposing the plea to transfer the case to Mumbai, the Bihar govt. said that ‘the political pressure is in Maharashtra not in Bihar.’ Maninder Singh counsel for Bihar govt. said that because of several faults in the functioning of Mumbai police in case make his client action legal and bonafide.

Since from starting it’s not a case of a young age actor but became the case of two different states. Love can’t get separated by boundaries as we can see in the case of Sushant, people not only from India but from the other countries also expecting for the fair justice to SSR through #JUSTICEforSSR.  As the days passing the case get more difficult and mysterious with many evidences and proofs.
