Just remember having COVID 19 E pass does not allow you to roam outside unnecessarily. Local Authorities will play a major role to determine who is entitled to an E pass. Social distancing is a public health strategy to prevent a pandemic. It includes a process to keep physically separate from each other and isolating people who are infected. We can stop this epidemic by staying at home.
